Intel® Teach to the Future:
Interactive Web-based Tools and Higher Order Thinking

Anne Bell and Dan Morris from Colorado Teaching, Learning and Technology, and Kim Walter from Summit Ridge Middle School, will discuss the Intel® Teach to the Future program. Visual Ranking, Seeing Reason and Showing Evidence are three online tools which provide hands-on opportunities to engage students in project-based learning by "making thinking visible." Each tool features an online workspace that teachers set up for students to create and save projects, which can be accessed at any time, from home or school. This one-day workshop will introduce classroom strategies and teacher-tested project ideas suitable for K-12 classrooms, and provide information about free extended workshops on Teaching Thinking with Technology that build on these tools.
